The District Champion North Shore Mustangs boys basketball team defeated Cy-Lakes High School 75-52 in the 5A Boys Basketball Regional Semi-Finals on Friday, February 28, 2014.
The following day, the Mustangs defeated Fort Bend Bush 60-58 in a hard fought regional final game. The state championship title is now only two victories away.
North Shore will battle the DeSoto Eagles in the semi-final round at 3:00 pm on Friday, March 7th at the University of Texas, Frank Erwin Center.
The winner of that game will move on to play the winner of Converse Judson and Allen on Saturday, 8:30 pm in the Frank Erwin Center.
