One thing learned was that participants can sign up for the screening at www.codystephensfoundation.org. Donations are needed to carry on the work and will be accepted at the screening. Then on August 26 the Go Big or Go Home Foundation Fundraiser will be held at the David H. McNerney American Legion Hall Post 658 at 14890 FM 2100.

Stephens conveyed the history and his sense of urgency to pass legislation to screen first time athletes with an EKG machine, briefly explained the advancement of the EKG machine over the currently accepted test of a doctor listening to the heart and that the EKG would be an addendum instead of a replacement for that doctor attention and 200 year old equipment of stethoscope.
