Jacinto City, TX. — August 9, 2018 — The Jacinto City Council approved the hiring of Samuel Omar Lopez as a full-time patrol officer.

Officer Lopez graduated from HISD’s Furr High School and obtained his law enforcement qualifications from the Houston Community College Police Academy.

His desire is to make a career with the Jacinto City Police Department.
